Eloviano Abolarin is the founder of Elovia Initiative an NGO that promotes strictly BOYS ADVOCACY on mental health, education, morals and helping them become a better version of themselves.
Which will promote and enhance good family and society values.
She has successfully mentored and empowered over 5000 boys towards quality education and mental health across states in Schools, Correctional Centres and via Online platforms.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo state.
She was selected as one of the 30 recipients of 2020 Leading Change Institute in Nigeria for Social Change Leaders hosted by the Staley School of Leadership Studies at Kansas State University.
She has over 10years experience working with 5 reputable NGOs in Volunteering, as a Team Lead and Project Manager which enhanced the pursuit of her passion.
She is happily married with children.
ELOVIANO AFAKPE EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE is duly registered under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria (CAC/IT/No 131740) as a Non-Governmental Organization established to advocate for the BOY-CHILD.
We are also registered under the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML).
Founded in the year 2019 to meet the needs of the BOY-CHILD mentally, emotionally, physically and educationally.
It is designed to building the mindset and mental attitude of the BOY-CHILD towards sexual abuse, morals, behavior, character, relationships, education and finance.

- Increase unrestricted affection of love, care and support towards the Boy-Child.
- Build back self-esteem and confidence in the Boy-Child making them believe and understand they are not an enemy of a girl’s success rather they have a major role to play in the society.
- Advocate for improved child care (Mental, Physical, Emotional and Educationa) for the Boy-Child in our homes, schools and society.
- Creating platforms where young boys can freely discuss issues they experience among their peers, homes, schools and environment.
- Empowering the Boy-Child with skills and knowledge required to be a good representative of theirselves, homes and society.
- Mentoring and counseling of the Boy-Child on issues they encounter as they transit from boys to men and how to handle conflicts and abuse of the opposite or same sex is very key in shaping them to be better role models in the future.

Annual Conference
This annual event is centered on sexual abuse and mental health of the BOY-CHILD and creating more awareness.
We usually have sexual abuse survivors as our guest and boys from ages 10-18years present at the conference.
Also, a representative from Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team.
Mentorship programs
We take out time every quarter of the year to visit Lagos State Boys correctional centres for
the boys. We speak to them about lots of things and also help them open up reasons why they are in correctional homes. From their shared experiences, we give proper counselling that usually bring a positive change.
We also visit both private and public schools in Lagos State.
Educational Empowerment
Education is the bedrock of any society. We give educational resources, we pay school fees
of children yearly and also the purchase of JAMB forms.
These we have been doing since we founded Elovia Initiative.
